Yes! We send you a proof copy of your pet portrait free of charge, before sending out your portrait. This is because of how unique our portraits are, we want you to be 100% happy! We operate a quick turnaround and will provide your proof (if ordered) within 72 hours.

Once you have approved the proof copy of your pet portrait, we will begin to get it ready for dispatch. For peace of mind, we use AusPost Shipping and it will be with you within 2-5 days once dispatched.
Nope! We usually work it from separate photos anyway. We will then put them all together on one pet portrait for you. It's pretty much impossible to get a photo of all your pets together!
Our portraits are bespoke and therefore we cannot offer refunds or returns. A lot of creative energy goes into each portrait. If you are unhappy with your product, please Get in touch with us.
Once you have received your proof, you can make small changes, such as the background colour and font. If you are unhappy with your portrait and would like us to transform another photo, there is an additional reworking fee of $25 to cover our time for designing another portrait.
We want everyone to love their order, which is why we offer a free proof before we print your pet portrait. However if you are not happy with yours, please email us at info@snoopandco.com so we can help.
Of course! If you'd just like to buy a digital copy and then have it printed yourself, check out our digital pet portraits. Just to let you know as well, you can opt to add on a digital copy to your pet portrait for a small fee.

Take the photo in a well-lit area with no filter and natural lighting. Ensure your pet’s full face neck and ears are visible. The best photos are taken close up at eye level with your pet facing the camera. Please see our image guidelines for further help.
