Our portraits are bespoke and therefore we cannot offer refunds or returns. If you are unhappy with your product, please contact info@snoopandco.com.

CHANGES

Before shipment, we will send you the proof of your portrait. At this time, you can make basic changes such as colour, font, etc. However, if you wish to change to another image, this will incur an additional cost. 

THINGS TO NOTE

1. Once we ship your item out, no returns are available unless there is a fault with your item.
2. If there is a fault with your item, we apologise! Please reach out to us at info@snoopandco.com. We will do our best to make your experience into a positive one.
