HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Before shipment, we will begin work on your portrait. This is usually completed within 24 hours, but we do allow up to 3 days. We will send you the proof of the portrait before shipping it out. Once you have approved the portrait, we will ship it out next day. 

THINGS TO NOTE

1. If you request changes to your Portrait, it can take longer
2. If you take a while to respond to our proof before dispatch, this can delay your order significantly. Please keep an eye on your emails.
3. Please also understand if you request to change your image, this can have an impact on delivery times.
